Biography
Ariana joined our Firm as a Partner in 2023 in the Corporate/Commercial Department.
Ariana has vast experience in all realms of corporate and commercial law such as large scale project financing, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Ariana is an accomplished negotiator with a keen eye for detail and clients rely on her expertise in assessing risk and cogent legal advice.
Ariana has a wealth of experience in the preparation of legal due diligence reports for mergers and acquisitions, developing proposals to clients for mergers, asset or company divestitures, acquisitions and related advisory services, preparation of bond documentation and the creation of documentation to support securitization products.
Ariana is also involved in all areas of Intellectual Property.
